Gun control laws in America have been a long-standing issue that is still a problem today. In America it is excessively easier to get a driver's license than to get a driver's license. Americans who want to obtain a license to drive in the United States must pass a written exam and a driving test with an official government driving instructor. Some states require a drug and alcohol course before issuing a driver's license. The same concept should apply to obtaining a driver's license. Since gun licenses are not a test of skill like a driver's license, getting a gun is like being given a deadly device without having to know how to properly control it when in use or use it correctly. This is because the law has not kept up with social norms and the impact it has on the behavior of this culture. Most people say it is our constitutional right to bear arms. There should be a discussion about how to regulate this right and how to keep it away from dangerous individuals. America has been in controversy over gun control for many years. Some Americans even want to eliminate background checks. This is probably due to assimilation or distortion of judgment using background information. If there are too many negative votes on a document regarding the fact that you cannot own a gun, another could be the invasion of privacy for wanting to defend yourself. The National Instant Criminal Background Check System is a national system that checks available records of people who may be disqualified from carrying firearms. The National Instant Criminal Background Check System is a computerized criminal background check system designed to respond within 30 seconds to most criminal background checks.
