These organizations can promote ethical standards in many ways, for example: creating a strong ethical climate from managers so that it can be conveyed, monitoring and screening any employees who may violate the Company rights and Apple's standards allow employees to receive ethical training that teaches them how to be an ethical member of the workforce and reward good ethical behavior through whatever means may be necessary, such as time off or a raise. Managers should also take the moral rights approach when teaching ethics since many of the rules that are broken concern health, safety, and monetary standards. With over 700,000 people working for Apple in China, managers must assure them that their moral rights will never be denied, such as the right to life, liberty, privacy, health and safety.
