I lack time management. I've recognized that I do better when my time management and organization are in order. I have also discovered that I give all my time and energy to others and leave no time for myself. I love self-help books, but I don't have time to read them. I often distance myself from my family and friends because I don't have time. People have called me cynical, and looking at my LPI score from others who have reviewed my leadership, I agree.
