In the United States, those who have reached the age of 65 and older are considered elderly and elderly. There are therefore various challenges that older people have to face. in today's society. The two major sociological problems facing frail elderly people today are poor nutrition leading to medical conditions and poor nursing home facilities leading to social isolation. These two sometimes go hand in hand and sometimes manifest independently.
