Some teachers have teacher assistants, also known as TAs, who come in and grade for them. For those students, grading homework adds a little more work on their part. TA work isn't easy to start, so when people turn in an assignment three weeks late, the difficulty is finding the section again and entering the grade. It may not seem like much, but when teachers or even teaching assistants have to do this with six different students who have five different assignments it's not fun. After turning in an assignment late, assistants and teachers feel a little guilty (Ni 2016). This is when a manipulator's failures or successes are attributed to the one the manipulator is targeting. An example of this is when students blame their grade on the person who graded the assignment. Most would not understand that this actually happens in the life of a teacher or TA. Those people who find a way to make sure they don't look lazy, will then choose the only person they can think of who would have a say in their vote. He/she looks at the teacher's assistant and blames him/her. It is easier for the manipulator to target TAs because he begins to question their evaluation abilities. An argument for this statement might be: why am I a TA? High school students when they TA have an idea of what a teacher does. This may help the student decide what to do
