Answer: I supervise and evaluate my staff formally and informally. For example, evaluate their progress on projects, assigned tasks or tasks, written performance evaluations act.5. How do you provide a program for children to meet their physical needs? Answer: using scaffolding. We first provide easy activities and when children are able to do so, we offer difficult activities to meet their physical needs.6. What qualifications do you and your staff have to become an educator? Answer: Same as license qualification.7. Tell me about your outdoor program for kids. Answer: Our outdoor program is child-directed and educational.8. How do you provide opportunities to develop children's social skills? Answer: Is the answer to develop the social skills of the children we provide… halfway through… by taking care of the children? Children's place should be a safe place. Because it is a great responsibility for all the people who take care of them. Anything could happen at any moment. So my suggestion is that this center should put a locker from inside and a bell system in front of the main door. Summarize my overall impression of the environment: In this center, all environments for school-age children are suitable for all their developmental abilities. I think they are trying to fulfill their philosophy that promotes and contributes to partnership with parents for child development. as well as their mission statement, "Our mandate is to meet the needs of our school families by providing quality, age-appropriate, interesting, engaging and enjoyable activities for the students in our care on all regular school days and on non-school weekdays.”
