I will make it my job to constantly search for a source of deficiency; from experience, I know the first is stress. “The main symptoms of stress recorded at an organizational level are: high level of absenteeism, large staff fluctuation, decrease in work productivity, difficulties in industrial relations, low level of quality control” (Panzaru, 2012). Fighting stress can be difficult, but with a more pleasant environment I believe we can overcome it. Another long-term goal is to constantly remember that quality is vital to our customers and that we will not allow anything less. Additionally, administrative changes will be made. Based on past experiences, any reorganization will be met with low morale, high stress and poor attitudes; however, directors will be trained to combat these feelings with the continued flow of positivity throughout the department and the company as a whole. According to Rick Conlow, an effective way to communicate change is to hold department meetings and get people involved. Engagement is another way I hope to make employees happy. Implement and accept your ideas with openness
