And I admit that it was the truth, because I got angry at everything my parents said to me. Since I've grown up I've noticed that I'm calmer; I don't get angry as easily as I used to. When I get angry about something, I first try to calm myself down by taking deep breaths. I realized that some things aren't worth getting frustrated or angry about. When it comes to being stressed I'm more passive and I really don't like to show that I'm getting stressed. It depends on the situation whether my passive or aggressive side comes
