INTRODUCTIONNowadays, when people start their own business, most of them have a common vision which is to see their business's products or services being purchased all over the world . Some people wear clothes just to look good, but others prefer to own clothes made from imported materials, or rather imported clothing products. Most of the products we use in South Africa say they were made in another country or made in South Africa from imported materials. People are able to do all this thanks to modern means that allow them to trade internationally. The collective term used to describe this process is globalization. Globalization is described as the process of interaction and integration between people, companies and governments of different nations. This process is driven by international trade and investment and is aided by information technology. This process affects the environment, culture, political systems, economic development and prosperity, as well as human physical well-being in societies around the world. THE BENEFITS OF GLOBALIZATION Globalization brings competitionWith the ability of organizations to distribute their products globally, there is an increase in completion with other organizations in the world and with this the company would like to get more customers than other companies and are taken taking into account customer needs. This benefits customers and the economy and raises everyone's standard of living. Prices become more reasonable and the quality standard of products is improved. There is also the possibility that developed countries could run their businesses in another country that is still a developing country, employing people and paying them lower wages (cheap labor). Bringing business to another country can leave the local population unemployed and this can increase the unemployment rate. Migration of people to another country may increase the number of the population in the destination country because others may decide to reside permanently in that particular country. Increasing population means that more service supplies are needed. But on the bright side, globalization has enabled developing countries to share ideas with developed countries and collaborate with developed countries to improve their standards of living..
