(1975), George Murdock (1940), Clyde Kluckhohn (1952) etc. but this relationship will be based mainly on the cultural dimension of Geert Hofstede (1980). He studied the interactions between national and organizational cultures using IBM workers as a case study and identified four dimensions and later added two more at different times. It is currently present in 5 Western European countries and another 3 Eastern European countries. The company holds 40% of the market share. The company's main goal is to become the number one wristwatch manufacturer in the world within the next 20 years and the principles guiding the company are to be professional, reliable, customer friendly and provide all these services at a price accessible to our customers. To expand the business internationally, the human resources department studied the national cultures of those countries and the impact of culture on the way of doing business because different areas have different ways of doing things. RECOMMENDATIONS The selection process for the expatriate should be done carefully because it also determines the success of the host country. At least one citizen of the country should be involved in the management team in order to facilitate the team formation process.
