Even though this is an assignment, it is very compatible for today. Because most companies don't pay more attention to their HR department than other company departments. The truth is that everyone doesn't have time to pay close attention to the company's Human Resources department. To evaluate the Human Resources department, our team selected MAS Holdings as the company for our assignment. MAS Holdings is one of the leading companies in the apparel industry. Currently the MAS holding enjoys an excellent reputation and an excellent position on the market. MAS Holding is a well-known clothing company throughout the world and mainly in Europe and the United States. This report is based on the analysis of the recruitment and selection process of the human resources department of MAS Holding. Introduction A brief overview of the key subject area Recruitment and selection is a process carried out by the human resource management division which influences the entire organisation. Recruiting competent employees for the right vacancies could benefit the organization while on the other hand, recruiting… halfway through the paper… the role of these aspects in the current organization i.e. MAS holdings has used experts and then studied and implemented certain procedures and practices determining the importance of the role of recruiting and selecting the right person at the right time in the right place. Although this organization introduces measures to minimize errors and inconveniences in this key function, the organization still suffers from the problem of not being able to get the right person at the right time in the right place. The end result of the recruiting process is basically a pool of candidates but not the expected qualifiers. With the growing knowledge and development of human resource management, this problem may be minimized in the future, but if it takes a long time, the organization may need to take more severe measures to overcome this difficulty than the current ones..
