vThe desire to rule a country, create a powerful kingdom that can last longer and names that mark history is the desire of almost every human being. Lives, money and many other precious things were used to save the kingdoms. One such example of kingdom rule is that of Syria. The Asad family has ruled the kingdom for decades, four decades in fact. The king operates a rule of law, modified by him for him and his powerful allies. Now that the Syrians have endured much of the brutality and suffering of the king's rule, they have finally decided to stand up to the king and force him to step down from the throne. The Syrian opposition which is trying to establish an Islamic government rule in the country, in contrast to the Shia coalition government led by the Asad administration. The main reason why violence flares up in Syria is that the opposition is trying to establish an Islamic government in the country, where sovereignty belongs to almighty Allah, and the rules and regulations of an individual's life are based on that of the rules of the Quran and the Sunnah. Shari'ah is the code of life and Islam is the religion, contrary to the current government whose constitution, laws and articles are codified and modified by those of Shia scholars from the teachings and preaching of the Shia religion, which is a incomplete, incompetent and incompatible life model. The Syrian, who suffered greatly from the Shiite-led government, then felt a strong need for change in the government and launched into a historic protest that is still ongoing. The distant shouts and screams of Syrians still echo in the streets of the war that has hit Syria against the reign of Assad, but greed, the lust for power and the ego for... means of paper... have also their personal advantage in the country. Survey says Russia is economically involved in the conflict in Syria. Russia has its own economic interests. The war still continues. The rule of law of democracy in Syria is that of liberal democracy. The Asad administration and its allies are openly supporters of liberal democracy, which is in stark contrast to the needs and desires of the opposition party. Liberal democracy believes in complete freedom and individual rights, while in conservative democracy the rule of law is given priority. For example in Afghanistan, the rule of law model is the conservative democratic one, in which the constitution is codified by practicing shari'ah law. In this Constitution no law is in conflict with the principles of shari'ah, such as the serious prohibition of alcohol, the prohibition of homosexuality and the death penalty.
