Teamwork plays a fundamental role, since "[n]othing significant is ever achieved by an individual acting alone". (Landis 2013, pp. 192). In fact, group work will allow the team to work faster and more productively. This also applies to the lives of engineering students and their future. As part of leading teamwork, I have done peer evaluations, where I give ratings to myself and my team members. I got the feedback this week and I have to say the results are pretty impressive. In terms of my colleagues' ratings, I scored well on my ability to organise, execute, manage, evaluate and work to a high standard. This score reflects my behavior and actions for my team. I realize that being open-minded and honest about my ideas is better and also sends a clear message. I feel like our group has become more confident and as a result, we seem to work effectively. Furthermore, our group can be interpreted as the system with increasing dynamics and chemistry. However, there are some factors that need to be improved. These cases include developing ideas, broader analysis, and greater contribution. Starting from the required cases, I can change the way I act with the team and try to produce better teamwork throughout
