The motifs Tyler uses to support her enthymeme throughout her story show great use of evidence. The reasons are sufficient because Tyler provides enough to support his claim and to show the purpose of his argument. His purpose in using these specific motifs is to show his audience why the Millennial generation struggles in the world of work and why they are unprepared for the real world. For example, the reasons used by Tyler are typical when he talks about how the Millennial generations have no friends outside their generation. People can still see it happen today where they only have friends their age. Another example is when he mentions helicopter parents and how they constantly make decisions for their children into adulthood, defending them instead of letting them figure it out. These examples of typical tests are used well. The Millennial generation may only be seen hanging out with people their age, or only keeping in touch with people their age. Helicopter parents are still typical because of the technology they have to maintain control over their young adult children. Tyler came up with these basics in 2007, but they are still accurate today in 2016. Technology continues to become more advanced, so the Millennial generation will only have peers their age and their parents will retain control over their young adult children. These reasons are also relevant because teachers and bosses at work witness them. Teachers are compared to students' parents because they believe they are being harsh on them (Tyler 479). Bosses at work still have to deal with parents going to interviews with their children or showing up with them for their first day on the job (Tyler 480). These are things that HR professionals are aware of and are trying to learn how to deal with because that is the case
