But if you have difficulty interacting with people, then being a leader is not for you. But having a good personality comes with great responsibilities. To have responsibility you need to have good organization, good time management skills and finally have a sense of when something is wrong or when something is right. But there are flaws in having a great personality and having good responsibilities. To have a good personality you can never get angry or angry to punish someone without any reason. Furthermore, if they had good leadership skills, they could convince people to do whatever the leader wanted. But there are also flaws in accountability with respect to that leader or anyone who may take their accountability too far and may go too far.
