The central level is made up of the ministry of health and its lists, then at the intermediate level by the regional departmental directors and at the peripheral level by the health areas where vaccination takes place. The study population consisted of three EPI managers, three UNICEF officials, three WHO officials, one child professional officer and responsible agent and vaccinators for the Do health center and the Dafra health district of Bobodiuolasso between February and March 2010 The qualitative primary data were obtained independently from questionnaires administered to the officers. In the health center we carried out semi-structural interviews with the officer in charge of the health facility and with vaccinators. International, regional and national literatures were revealed, Operational Research Memories (MRO) was consulted and documents relating to the EPI policy program are part of the data. The study involved 30 people (26 after weighting) with a response rate of 86.6%.
