This is because globalization is upon us and people are forced to embrace diversity or suffer the consequences of diminished ability and exclusion (Diller 55). The two themes of “A Good Man Is Hard to Find” perfectly map the responsibility of all stakeholders to create a favorable multicultural social order. Personally I think that there are internal and external responsibilities that I bear towards these phenomena. This includes understanding that I am surrounded by a multicultural society. A reaction to the problem follows by transforming my way of communicating and my perception of others. In short, my responsibility is to exercise a good level of flexibility to accommodate people from other cultural backgrounds. The theme of unconventional distribution is quite unique and its indirect appeal to the public can be used as a compass to determine a “good” man. From a cultural point of view, a "good man" is one who manages to adapt without problems to multicultural environments, since he understands their value, to himself and to people who have a cultural framework different from his.
