Business is involved in man's daily life and is considered to be a huge field, and in this field I am interested in marketing. Some people have called the marketing as the processes to deliver a product from the producer to the consumer, which are the main point of the existence of any company, so it is important to ensure that such customers are satisfied. The purpose of this article is to investigate the relationship between price and satisfaction of the customer, studying the use of price fairness and price acceptance and how this led to satisfied customers, which supported my hypothesis that customer satisfaction is strongly influenced by price According to the article , price fairness, which is the balance between the price, standard and performance of the product or service, as well as price acceptance, which is the maximum amount of money that customers are willing to pay for a product or service, affect consumer satisfaction. The purpose of the article is to demonstrate the relationship between customer satisfaction and price. Consequently, if the price, from the customer's point of view, is reasonable and meets the performance provided, this will lead to satisfied consumers. Therefore, customers are willing to spend more money on goods or services that provide greater satisfaction. The article also provides research conducted on the airline industry focusing on international airline passengers who were asked to focus on the airline they usually used. The research covered issues related to price fairness, price acceptance and customer satisfaction, and according to the article, despite the many negative aspects presented in this article, it contained several positive points. The first part of the sheet......some details such as the number of people interviewed. Furthermore, the data collection method was not adequate. Besides that, the final result was estimated by the authors based on individual results. In conclusion, despite the positive points, the negative points in this article are stronger and directly related to the research result, however, it is one of the limited articles focused on the relationship between price and customer satisfaction, furthermore, it discussed the issue which I am investigating, also supported my hypothesis by showing the role of price in terms of customer satisfaction.
