Revenue ManagementAs part of revenue management, the duration of prices and services must be managed so as to maximize the revenue generated by a small food business. As small businesses, restaurants and many other food factories can benefit from revenue management. In the past, most people were defined by their home-cooked food. However, a large number of people currently depend completely or partially on restaurants to meet their daily food needs. As a result, the number of restaurants and food businesses is increasing, and the demand for software systems to manage revenue, facilitate information processing and retrieval, and improve planning and operation decisions has increased. More recently, it has become rare to find a food company that doesn't rely on some type of software to manage its revenue. (S6:1-6)
