Introduction The chosen topic was based on obesity in children in Malta, as Malta is statistically proven to be one of the largest countries in the world with a number of overweight and obese children. In this study, we focused on planning a campaign together with the help of some local councils to provide an informative message to children and their parents and the aim is to change their lifestyle by eating healthy, factors that can lead to obesity and prevent obesity from some medical diseases. We chose the theory of change as the basis for our studies. After realizing the importance of healthy eating, we decided to create awareness so that one could understand the context of healthy eating.
