From my experience, when I perceived inequity or faced stress from work, I tried to restore equity with extra effort and stay focused on my goal. Therefore, these personality traits help me become a team player. Additionally, I have high ethical standards that drive me to embody integrity in my actions. Honesty and integrity are very important personality traits for managers because they have responsibility for financial management. Managers who have high ethical standards are likely to establish a code of ethics to guide team members' behavior and are less likely to manipulate shareholder resources. The action of individuals is a drive for value, if I am a manager, I value the company's advantage over personal interest and believe that my ethical behaviors help me manage others better by building a relationship of trust with my team
