Implementing an effective educational curriculum establishes a classroom environment of trust and respect, helps influence healthy behaviors and attitudes by providing young people with the tools to thrive and contribute meaningfully to the company. An equitable formula is essential to the development of future generations of healthy students. My commitment to facilitating a curriculum that is suitable for all students is important. While I aspire to be a great supervisor, above all else, I will strive to be a better support resource for staff. The supervisor has the qualifications and understanding of effective practices in curriculum, teaching and assessment, but the most essential and valuable role for the teaching supervisor is to provide direct assistance to teachers to ensure student learning for a successful school. In all the schools I had the opportunity to work in, the successful ones had principals who provided direct assistance to their staff through mentor teachers, master teachers, team leaders and coaching specialists. These are the principles that I remember most and that I hope to become in my future research
