Introduction: In this literature review, evaluate, discuss the body of knowledge available for motivational theories and analyzes in the same order of their importance in our current study. In this case we tried to provide an overview of the research in this sense and of the gaps in the sequence, where to find the way for future studies in this area. We will strengthen existing research on what managers can do to write to their employees and the factors that drive motivation. The research literature review provided an overview of existing literature on relevant topics. Theories not only provide a theoretical basis, but also the basis for learning new things in terms of motivation. It has a wide range of surveys and studies conducted on organizational motivation factors. However, in the service sector, the use of a variety of motivational rewards is not yet known. For this reason, the chapter dedicated to the literature review first provides an overview of the most popular motivational theories used by organizations. The theories are seen from a service organization perspective. The main theories have been studied for this purpose, especially Maslow, McClelland, Winter, Herzberg and Vroom, but the focus is on the management of internal and external motivations. Understanding the relationship between employee motivation and performance is important.
