I can identify many areas where my strengths lie. For example, I often use the talent of positivity on the balcony, which plays an important role in my personal and professional life. Being the first person to smile, see the glass full, and celebrate every accomplishment has given me the most meaningful and influential leadership role of my life as a program coordinator at SUNY Canton. Being energetic, happy and fun allows me to be relatable and create a culture that others want to engage with. Having the ability to motivate a group of people toward a common goal and participate in social activities on campus is a key aspect of being an effective leader. Students and colleagues will respond better to working with a leader who finds different ways to make everything more exciting and more vital. Responsibility is the most sought after characteristic that all employers look for when hiring or choosing the right candidate for a position. Being able to take psychological responsibility for whatever I undertake, be it large or small, being able to follow it through to completion is a theme I possess and consider to be the most significant trait for
