Human Resource Development (HRD) i.e. any process on short term or long term business. It has the potential to develop adults' job knowledge, experience, productivity and satisfaction. It focuses on personal and group benefit. It also benefits the organization, the community and all of humanity. In the framework of human resource development, there are four phases which consist of needs assessment, planning, implementation and finally evaluation. Before choosing what is a suitable human resource development training program for students, first, we need to identify their needs where assessment is necessary. Needs assessment is a process in which human resource development needs are identified and articulated. Simply put, it identifies potential problems and skills and how best to do the job successfully, as well as the effectiveness in achieving objectives. Therefore, we filled out the questionnaire survey to better understand students' perceptions, opinions and preferences. Questions like: what is your favorite color, what are your learning styles and techniques, and what type of learning activities will you prefer? The good thing about the survey is that it is cost-effective as you don't need to spend a lot of money to get it. the survey done. Secondly, it is easy to administer and control. Third, surveys are very useful for describing the characteristics of a large population as a whole since there is no other research method that can have such broad capacity. This would ensure that accurate samples are collected, which is important for drawing conclusions and making a wise decision about which lineup... in the middle of the paper... inform the public that it will be filmed. Helpers are proactive as they took the initiative to provide assistance to the public, demonstrating enthusiasm and motivation in completing the task.
