IntroductionDo you want to improve your stamina with something better? Many people want to improve their stamina but are not willing to sacrifice time, effort and commitment to do so. That's why I wrote this article because I'm one of those people. I didn't take the time, effort, and commitment to improve my stamina. Up until now, when Mrs. Griggs gave us this project, I took it as a benefit and motivation to improve my stamina and I'm getting a grade for it. So I set a goal to increase my stamina in 100 days. This was the title of my milestone "How to Increase My Stamina and Endurance in 100 Days". Let's find out how I did it. What is StaminaStamina is really about continuing to do something for a long period of time; sustained power. Endurance can be described as a physical as well as a mental trait. Physical endurance is considered one of several fitness components used to assess health and fitness levels. This component is identified by several terms; among these is physical resistance which includes cardiovascular and muscular resistance. Endurance, or endurance, is a key component to achieving better fitness levels and reducing the risk of heart problems. Physical endurance levels can be increased through physical activity. Physical endurance can refer to the ability of the heart and lungs to function during high-intensity activities. The heart and lungs provide increased amounts of blood and oxygen to meet the demands of prolonged physical activity. This can also be called cardiovascular endurance. Physical endurance is the body's ability to function to resist pain, fatigue, stress and difficulty. An example would be completing a run or walk with blisters on both… center of paper… er, we fall asleep in the evening and the later in the morning we wake up, the more out of sync our cycle becomes. If you've ever gone to bed at 3 a.m. and woken up the next morning at 11 a.m., you may have noticed feeling tired and not completely "with it." 80% of growth hormone, necessary for lean muscle mass, optimal and strong skin, is secreted during sleep between 11pm and 1am. Try to go to bed before 10pm. It may be difficult to get used to going to bed early, especially if you work late or if the night is your only free time and you like to watch television late into the night. But you will be rewarded with increased energy. Enough sleep and rest because this made me sleepy and now I'm hungry before I forget that there are some foods and fruits you can eat to improve your stamina.
