The complex communication between cells, the fascinating defense mechanisms against diseases and the human body's ability to heal itself are explaining how it is a world unto itself. I'm really excited about the prospect of exploring this interesting world further. I have always been interested in understanding and deepening my knowledge of how the body acts in both healthy and diseased states. Working in laboratories has always been interesting to me, because it's the place where you can investigate deeper, discover how things work and why they work a certain way. So I think studying biomedical sciences as a bachelor's degree is the right choice for me because it allows me to work in the laboratory and do research at the same time.
