The UK Police is one of the professional police forces in the world and is known for its professionalism, commitment, motivation and commitment to provision for its activities and for the country as a whole. Like any other strength, they take motivation to continue their level of effort. Depending on the level of the organization, there are a number of motivational factors and theories that keep this level of motivation at the top of the world, but there is another factor that provides a roadmap for organizations in terms of professional obligations. This is leadership. It is estimated that there are around 52 police officers in the UK with varying responsibilities and sizes. Most of the British police are under the administration of the Home Office, but in other countries the dollar, Scotland and Northern Ireland, England and the strength of the wall along with the intelligence network were different. Leadership is a quality that directs people, but what is more important than the ability to ensure direct compliance of the public, that direction. People have a lot to convince and motivate to pursue one thing in common: the task of leadership. A leader motivates his team with his actions, personality and charisma to follow and work wholeheartedly. However, this leadership role appears to be general and easy to achieve. This task is more difficult when you have to seek persuasion to martyrdom. In the uniformed services it is difficult, the police, firefighters or other employees, are not like all other workers in civilian buildings. Your responsibilities and obligations are different from everyone else's and therefore require a different kind of level of motivation than the dangerous work you do. It should be borne in mind that when carrying out tasks there is a risk...... middle of paper ......The role of a leader is a different, challenging and influential role of management. They say that a manager is someone who does things well, but a leader is someone who doesn't do things well. The role of the leader is the one who has the responsibility to "carry the flag" as the target of the command. Leadership is definitely how others achieve the overall goal. Effective leadership is an art and is a personal role, requiring the combination of motivation, skills and sophisticated strategies to strengthen focus, energy and the development of a culture that encourages individual thinking and performance. Leadership is about ideas and thoughts to convince to take on the responsible task and unlock potential hidden desires, better performance of others.
