In my research I noticed that I was sleep deprived all day and I noticed that I only slept a total of 5 hours during the week which is good when compared to others days where I only got 3 hours of sleep along with things bothering me while I slept. Further to my research, I noticed that the caffeine I consumed from my drink was what helped me calm down my stress and helped me stay alert in my daily activities of school, work, and other daily activities that I usually do. Eventually, during my research, I noticed that I was napping at school, at work, on the commute to school, and in other activities that I normally do every day, such as school work. The repeated thought of not having an income for housing has an influence on my well-being, where in the graph a picture of me with constant difficulty falling asleep is shown and this thought is in my mind along with things that make me not sleep
