Since my primary and backup styles are both constructive styles (based on the LSI Circumplex of Styles), they would have a positive impact on an organization or group almost every time. I think my personal and management styles would help me foster an atmosphere of open-mindedness and flexibility. I think I would bring a goal-oriented approach with creative and innovative ways to achieve them. As a confident and internally motivated manager, it would be quite easy to empower my team and lead by example. My limiting style could have many positive effects and compliment my other styles, but I definitely think this style should be the most valued of the three. My perfectionist side would be an aspect of my management that I should probably keep in check on a daily basis
