When I look at the different similarities, I find that both plans involve working with my colleagues and gaining additional knowledge since then to better assist the team. Another similarity would be valuing integrity in personal and professional development. When also identifying the differences, I would have to say that the leadership development plan was written when my approach to leadership was centered on my individual capabilities. In contrast, the leadership plan written in class 6 is based more holistically on the company and how I can make the organization work together for the common good
