1- Carry out a Porter analysis of the verified situation Porter's five forces model tries to explain the structural origin of industries, that is, it is a tool that aims to support the strategy by creating a relationship between the company and its context. Based on this model, I try to present the Levi's case, showing the attractiveness of this (textile) sector in the long term. This analysis of the sector results from the joint action of the following factors:1. Rivalry between competitors The greater the rivalry in the industry, the greater the likelihood of price wars, advertising wars, extended warranties, etc., with negative consequences in terms of the attractiveness of the industry. In this case we can see that the rivalry between competitors is aggressive, with several brands in the market having strong positions and associations. Over the years, competition has intensified, on the other hand Levi's has lost the notoriety and charisma that characterized it in favor of rival brands. Although Levi's created the concept of blue jeans, competition intensified and innovations also emerged, in Lee's case with the application of the zipper in 1926. Competitive aggression in blue jeans occurred, with greater incidence, during the post-war period in at that point his popularity increases.
