The study of the system is carried out in two phases, in the first phase we deal with understanding the scope of the system. The second phase appears to be more complex where the end user requirements, limitations and problems of the existing system are understood. 4.3.2 FEASIBILITY STUDY Feasibility is the determination of the value or otherwise of a project. The phase and steps required to make this decision are called a Feasibility Study. This type of study if a project can and should be undertaken. The analyst always relates the different types of feasibility studies to conclude the system analysis. 4.3.3 SYSTEM ANALYSIS System analysis involves the analysis of the entire module or part of the system. It also deals with the behavior of the module or the interaction between the internal and external environment.
