Some common health problems related to poverty include poor dental health, heart disease caused by smoking, drug and alcohol abuse, teenage pregnancy, and malnutrition (Wellbeingpathways.org.2017). Unfortunately, those most affected by poverty are children. Children who experience poverty are less likely to perform well in school, have low self-esteem, lower expectations for their lives and progress towards criminal behavior. Money is another main cause of stress, the inability to afford nutritional meals for your children, the inability to socialize with family or friends, the limitation of resources and choices. Mental, health and social problems will then occur, for example a person may become depressed and suffer from anxiety. This will lead to withdrawal from others and consequent social exclusion. Time constraints can be another factor that limits a person's well-being. Life can be hectic with work and family. It may be difficult to find time to make changes. Current physical conditions may limit lifestyle choices, such as the level of exercise or diet they can make. For example, the person may have difficulty accessing services due to health problems or disabilities. Vision or hearing problems may be a limitation or they may simply have low self-esteem to do a
