Technology is playing a big role in helping Kudler reach more people, and management is working to make associates happy, so in return they'll make their customers happy. ManagementKudler is owned by Kathy Kudler, so she is the president of the company. He has the upper hand over the entire company and makes decisions when it comes to legal matters and matters that the store managers feel they cannot resolve without his approval. She has an administrative assistant working under her who sends memos and other documents to store management and department heads.
