Christianity is the most revered religion in the world, with over 2 billion believers supporting the group and supporting the general belief in God. Christians believe that God is the only true divinity and that he is their creator. God created the world, created humanity in His image, and shaped everything and everyone into what it is today. He sent His only son Jesus to earth to die for our sins on the cross so that we could live and be forgiven for our sins forever. The question posed in this essay is: what is the nature of God? What is God like for a Christian believer? The three key beliefs I will talk about to explain what God is like for a Christian are: Creator, Trinity/Triune, and Savior/Redeemer. Some similarities and differences will also be included to show what we have and what we don't have in common with the religion of Hinduism. Probably one of the most reverent key beliefs in the whole of Christianity as a religion, is the Creator, God is the creator of our life and our world. God is all we believe and worship, as humanity was created in the image of God Himself. He created the lands we walk on, He created us, and He created the heavens and everything we see beneath them today. God gave birth to this vast universe. Written says in Genesis 1:3 And God said... and it was so. Christians have this undeniable faith in God and the fact that he is omnipotent and powerful, he created this world, he created us and everything around us. He is a powerful and holy person to them and in their minds he is the one and only God they will ever worship, he is pure, as the first of the 10 commandments says "You shall have no other Gods before me". The Lord forgives and gives a second chance to those who...... middle of the card......Tri means three and Unity means one Tri-Unity reduced to Trinity, which is actually three in one, the concept basis of the doctrine that defines it. As a broader implication, many Christians take their God seriously with their belief in what the Bible says God has done. When we come to worship we all get together one day of the week and have a service and pray. Most Christians gather in a small Sunday morning service to discuss God and the Bible, sing to the Lord Himself, and pray to Him. Together we pray not for the Father, nor for the Son, nor even for the Holy Spirit, but instead we pray for the three combined and working together as one to create this wonderful image of God for us. For the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit have joined in union with the Christian population supporting them every step of the way.
